What's Kabbalah?
Kabbalah
Kabbalah is an ancient spiritual wisdom that is over 4,000 years old, and it is meant for absolutely everyone. No matter what your country of origin, gender, religion, or culture, Kabbalah offers insights and practical wisdom that can transform your life.
The literal translation of Kabbalah means “to receive.” Kabbalists teach that every human being was created to receive complete joy and fulfillment.
Kabbalah is an ancient spiritual wisdom which teaches the individual and the world as a whole how we can improve our lives. We believe at the core of the world’s great religions and spiritual traditions are truths that we call the wisdom of Kabbalah.
Kabbalah is a wisdom to be experienced, not just studied, and that is what makes every person’s experience unique. One of the main universal principles of Kabbalah is that there are no coincidences. Everything has a reason and purpose – including you! How, then, do we find our purpose? How can we know we’re on the path our soul is meant to take? How can we live a life of purpose and meaning? How do we live joyously? Can we all positively impact others and thereby the world?
What is the Zohar?
The Zohar is an ancient book revealed 2000 years ago by the Kabbalist Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. The Zohar teaches us the that every day is a test; that we can eliminate the effects of darkness upon our personal lives, but we cannot get rid of darkness. The essential force that creates chaos in our lives will remain present during the week, and only when we act out actions of love, we have the opportunity to tap into the Lightforce of God without an admixture of darkness. On these days, when we administer the right love, sharing consciousness, or meditation, we gain the power to eliminate that aspect of darkness that can come on us at any given time.
It is because of the lack of human dignity that we need all the 23 volumes of Zohar. Whether you agree or disagree with a person, or whether that person hurts you for no reason, there is no justification in treating anyone without human dignity. Affording someone human dignity does not mean that you should not confront; however, you cannot abuse people and make them suffer.
Each time we behave with less than human dignity towards each other, we lose our ability to achieve immortality. However, God, in His wisdom, gave us the opportunity several times during the year to restore immortality to the world. The Zohar, is an actual physical book, that is written in Aramaic.
Kabbalah & Business
The meaning of "Kabbalah" is to receive. Receive what? Everything! When starting a business, many challenges arise. Many business owners wish they received good ideas or solutions for the challenges their business faces. Kabbalah teaches us that every challenge carries a blessing and an opportunity for growth. We aspire to become millionaires and successful individuals, but for what purpose?
Is it to be rich for the sake of money, or to be successful for the sake of transforming ourselves and the world? When studying Kabbalah, you learn that true success in any endeavor comes when you receive success with the intention of sharing it, not for yourself alone. Consider water: when it stays in one place, it becomes a swamp, full of disease and devoid of life. But when water flows like a river, it supports fish, provides drinking water, and offers a place to swim—that’s energy. Money is similarly energy, and we have the power to receive an infinite amount of it to share.
Kabbalah and business go hand in hand. It's about creating a service for your clients with the right mindset. It's about receiving success and knowing how to balance it. The best way to grow your business isn't necessarily the type of business you do, but your intention behind it. What is your real goal?
